1. Eligibility for Returns

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return for eligible items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Due to the nature of personal care, topical, and consumable wellness products, certain items that have been opened, broken seals, or used may not be eligible for return unless they arrived damaged or defective.

2. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying all return shipping costs.

Return shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be covered or reimbursed by us.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

3. Refund Details

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Please note: Original shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable. Only the cost of the product itself will be refunded.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.
